Ben Goodwin

Ben is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Practitioner and  a Breath-Work Guide. Ben has been studying and practicing since 2015 when he found his passion. Ben has a keen understanding of the body, from both western and eastern philosophies. He specializes in acupressure, which is another way to target energetic meridians like acupuncture without the needles. Auriculotherapy is a specialty of Ben's which is a modality that uses points on the ear to stimulate areas of the body that may be in distress. Auriculotherapy uses a micro current stimulation and magnetic adhesives that focus on the microsystem that is similar to reflexology. He also practices Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic movement, and sports massage.

Ben is an avid meditator and practices breath-work daily. You can find him all year round breathing in stillness submerged in the Wood River. He has discovered a true passion in understanding the body and mind through breath and energy work. Not only does he guide breath-work but he is able to translate it into his massages to allow the flow of oxygen giving a more zen experience in a therapeutic nature.
